SyQic (AIM:SYQ), a fast growing OTT provider of paid mobile video content across mobile and internet enabled consumer devices, announces that the Company’s issued share capital, as at the date of this announcement, consists of 26,398,845 ordinary shares of no par value (“Ordinary Shares”), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 26,398,845.
The above figure of 26,398,845 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

SyQic is a fast-growing OTT (Over The Top) provider of live TV and on-demand paid video content across mobile internet-enabled consumer-electronics devices such as mobile phones and tablets through its “Yoonic” platform.
